First Friday Art Sale!

During this month's First Friday, I got to open up my own pop-up store in front of Artist and

Craftsman over at 307 Market Street in Old City. Artist and Craftsman is a local art store in my neighborhood that sells art supplies from painting to illustration to knitting. They let me, as well as several other artists, display and sell our work outside on the afternoon of October 6th. With the help of my Mom, we were successfully able to set up my store, present my artwork, talk to other artists, and of course sell my work. I had a wonderful day interacting with other people who were interested in my designs, and it was heartwarming seeing how many people connected to it. I loved speaking with other artists, many of which were also getting involved in First Friday. One of the artists I got to speak to was Duane Gordon AKA Original Distinct (pictured with me down bellow) who is a local Philly artist just like me. I think the most rewarding part of the experience was getting to see all these different artists in Philly as well as Philly residents who are so interested in art.

I sold prints, watercolors, and notebooks, all of them of course featuring my original characters. Although I am unsure when or where, I am planning on selling me work again, after having such a great experience this time! I hope any of your reading this who are located in the Philadelphia area will be able to come in the future, but if not, or if you would like to purchase something right now, please visit my new Etsy Store by clicking the button down below!

Thank you so much to my Mom, Artist and Craftsman, and all the people who showed up to support me!
