Hosted by the Philadelphia Sketch Club (PSC), on February 13th, 2025, my colleagues and I organized a Valentine's themed Printmaking workshop. Along with the help of Gallery Manager, Josie Rowley, and Suzanne O'Connor of the Events Committee, we put together a relief printmaking class,where I taught the specific technique, linocut. Attendees of all different backgrounds in art and printmaking experience learned how to create relief prints using this technique and material, and created several Valentine's themed prints to take home with them. Participants also enjoyed refreshments and socializing with their peers, friends, family, and partners, getting to know each other and themselves more as artists.
